 Tolerance Analysis Software

 

Tolerance Analysis of assemblies promotes concurrent engineering by bringing engineering requirements and manufacturing capabilities together in a common model. It provides a quantitative design tool for predicting the effects of manufacturing variation on performance and cost in a computer-based design environment. The goal of this project is producing Software Package for Tolerance Analysis. CAD model is inserted in software, after defining Dimensions and Joints, Closed Loop automatically created. Tolerance of specific variable is calculated with Direct Linearization Method (DLM). Tolerance limit, Percent Contribution chart and Part per million rejections are results of this software.
